Where is a good place to look for trustworthy mechanics in my area

the old mill burned down and they chopped the tree down!!!

 

Id start in the repair garages. Most likely place to find a Mechanic. Make sure to tell them money is no object.

Go hang out with ppl who turn wrenches. I think word of mouth is always gonna beat anything else when it comes to a good mechanic... ask other owner operators . Somebody always knows somebody. Gotta ask.

 

We tend to hide in the shadows.........

 

I appreciate you and the other mechanics that hang out in these shadows.
And the "not mechanics" that help to problem solve.
I am blown away at times how you guys diagnose over the internet.

 

So true. 90% of Truck Drivers are legends in their own minds, and the smartest person they know.
