If you re read it says it’s “different than any I have seen before”. I also acknowledged that I do some stuff that other people might not agree with as well. You may not remember but I scattered a load all across a freeway in Chicago last year that closed the freeway for about 6 hours. So I’m no expert for sure.

Guess I should of just kept quiet. I thought it was a joke didn’t think it was actually YOUR securement. I thought you were being sarcastic?

    Good luck

Edit.. I'm going to step in here & say please say something if you see something wrong with anything other than my horrible tarp work.. I post lots of my load pics in this thread. If any of y'all see something that don't look right let me know please.. We are Open deck. The last trucking brotherhood, & I don't want to exit the playground cause an unsecured load of mine snuffed someone out..

    That looks really good.

I stoped here thinking I could grab some Taco Bell. Reluctantly went inside the truck stop but they don’t allow take out orders so you have to stand in the drive through. They kick me away from the window and tell me I have to order at the menus and use the speaker. I go back to the speaker and try and get them to acknowledge me but only silence...........

Then it starts pouring rain out of nowhere. Screw this....

I start walking and get 1/2 way back to my truck and, the rain stoped dead.

Guess that was a sign to eat leftovers in the truck?

A guy rolled by me and I think I counted 5 straps total, 2 were gut straps, flapping pretty loose, +one 2 inch trip strap up front on a 2 tier load of rails.

A few miles down the road the CB lit up - a driver was ready to kick the living #### out of a guy for his lack of securement lol.

Looked kinda like this. 89B82564-8CCB-4E98-9BB3-162816D38CC7.jpeg B8532C4C-AD66-4CA1-9885-9636EEDEBCDE.jpeg I had to sit in the back seat of a Highway patrol car for 5 of the 6 hours until they gave me a 2 mile ride to the tow yard to give me a real anal probing. Then I was lucky enough to pay the $13,000.00 tow bill and return the bent up freight to the customers yard. 70708B6D-04AA-4C1C-BCDB-6C4B375EBACE.jpeg I learned a thing or 3 about the dot while waiting In the back seat of the patrol car. I was there so long they forgot about me in the midst of them sharing videos of all the cruisers they crashed and how to get the best paying positions in the force.

They discussed “they generally only write warnings on dot inspections so they don’t have to waste time going to court to justify the violations.”

    Fun Times!
