thanks - you can’t drive any slower than I do. You are always welcome to come hang with us anytime. I am sure you would do just great.
Like @farmerjohn64 is finding out, the job is about a lot of things that aren’t actually driving. This is where you find out if you are mentally tough enough ....

some days however, I can get a little whiny

guess I am killing 5 more days in Texas again

might go buy a motorcycle when I get to Brownsville and see if I can clear my head. Will just need to ship it home when the job ends or haul it home

Why what ever do you mean? Hahaha to quote @D.Tibbitt, “burnout”; I mean, truck driving was my first job and this is the most I’ve ever worked professionally in my life, so I likely don’t have a very high tolerance level yet, either

U picked the wrong career path , u should be working for DOT , writing tickets for chaffed brake lines and missing plug covers :D i stared at that picture for like 10 minutes before i realized the cover was missing. Still never saw the expired dot until u just mentioned it lol

LoL, I could never do that job. Not sure I'd be able to sleep at night.. Honestly I wish they'd focus more on the big outfits. When a 1 truck operator like myself & many others right here gets hit with some bs, we pay for it for years through insurance rates. I got a no ticket, but csa points violation for the same chafed air line crap as you did awhile back..

I had to dig around the fourm, as I posted this asking for help last June. Had to steal the pic back off here.. You can only take my word as the "chaffing guard" is already in place in this pic, but you can see it's about a quarter inch from the frame with the guard, so 3/8" away from the frame without the guard. I did not see or feel any "reduced diameter" which I was written up..

Pretty clean frame for a 10/92 build date, eh..? :D
Before stretch job, so it's got a liner there now too..

I have a chafed airline that I put duct tape on; it’s secured with zip ties against the headache rack and the pointy part on the edge rubbed a little hole in it  Are you implying that you wish I would get torn a new a hole by the DOT @singlescrewshaker? I thought we were pals hehehe

Even I can see it’s total bs you got hit with a citation for that, that guard is a lot better than my cheap arse

Sheet I’ll be completely honest, that taillight I said that was out awhile back I still haven’t gotten it fixed, but only because I want to do it myself and I don’t have the tool to take it out; well I do now that I’m back home, it’s like a nut you gotta use a ratchet or something for rofl maybe you’re on to something @singlescrewshaker
