I have permitly forward any plus broccoli to your address. I can't be in the house if its being cooked. It smells like I imagine a dumpster tastes!

What is wrong with Brussels sprouts or Broccoli?
When prepared and cooked well, they are great carriers for things like butter and cheese. Adding bacon is always good.

 

Potatoes have been scrubbed and are currently baking in the oven.

Next, the green beans will get a quick blanching, in prep of the sauté. Start with bacon crumbles, then mushrooms, then shallots, and last in is the beans.


Then these will go in under the broiler.
