They didn't. I thought going from a 97 379 American Class interior to a 379 with the rounded dash, 05ish with plastic wood grain was bad, then had to drive a 09 388 with @stwik dash. It was in a Volvo to me.

I SUCK at blind side, I HAVE to G.O.A.L every foot it seems. Takes me for ever.
But even I would take the blindside instead of trying that move.

I am, and have been the same in times. It takes confidence, thats learned not taught. Equipment matters to. Any one know some trucks, especially older have mirrors set up for a 96" trailers, your kinda Fudged as soon as you hitch a 102". Now I know most modern trucks are good for 102. But you can not teach feel. Back slow, turn wheel half speed compaired for forward. And if you need to Get out and look. Dont let nerves let you back into someone or thing.

Don't hurry, back like your setting the sun.

Ya, I'm just too OCD to be backing up and not be able to see EXACTLY where my ### is. I HAVE to get out and look.
I'm always right on target, still have to get out...:biggrin_2554:

I get it. I'm like a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs all the time.

Not that I see myself getting another truck anytime soon, but I'll never own one without a window on the passenger side of the sleeper. I'll moto my passenger side mirror at night if I absolutely must, but I prefer not to since it just screws me up once I start chasing it in.

It probably helps that I have to blindside just about every time I come home. Little easier here, since lack of space means if anything is off more that a few inches on setup, it just doesn't happen.

From some of the trucks I see, many must put it in reverse and just go until it sounds expensive lol…..
