True, kind of depends on the work it does. Farm truck? That I could see being left covered in dust. No way you get it out in the field and avoid getting it muddy or dusty (and it would be nothing but a losing battle every day). But if it's running OTR I couldn't even imagine living amongst all that dirt.

No sauce, dry rub. Most people eat mine won't put sauce on them. But I leave that to them. I used to like sauce, wings and bbq. Then I learned how to cook better. Still anything low to no sugar. Hickory wood fire.

If I go someplace that don't have my wings, like BW3's Which here in Tiffin, I had to show the manager how to hand toss dry rub and when. They F-ed it up everytime. The girl bartender use to make mine because she knew. Kitchen kids have no clue. Buffalo dry rub and dip them in anything hot. Blue Eagle in Bettsville Ohio is a dive, but good wings. Bob makes me a buffalo parm mix, and buffalo garlic sauce to dip. Hot, spicey and just the kinda heat you keep eatting and drinking. He is the only person that has made that for me. His kinda a mixologist, or at least learned that from his past illegal Sales experience.

Everyone likes different things. I was always like alot of people. BBQ chicken on the grill and drowed it in sauce. Then I learned a little more. BBQ sauce goes on last or after. The spice, season and fire type make bbq not sauce.

To be honest, me and a neighbor did 50 wings in charcoal, and wood smoker, and 50 in electric smoker cabinet with wood pellets, dry rubbed. I like cooking with fire, but I couldn't taste a noticeable difference. But after 1hr 10min pull them and dip in buttermilk, egg wash then Panko bread crums, back to egg wash, hit the pankos again. Then to deep fryer. Breaded crispy, smoked bbq flavor. Add sauce if you like. Most won't.

@johndeere4020 what's your rundown? Don't have to giveaway secrets. But I like to learn what others do. Never know what little tip you might pick up, then I try to adapt them to my way.
