Finally got the parts in for my coolant system. I'll build a couple of these and then fab a mount for the frame.

There's a guy about an hour down the highway from me with a nice old Ford like that hooked to a tandem belly dump. Always see it in the yard, never on the road. Its dirty sometimes so I assume it still goes to work.

 

I'll keep that in mind when I hit the salvage yard in a couple weeks. Thanks.

 

Well 12 feet is wide enough for your very first oversize I guess .

If I might offer two pieces of advice one would be read understand and follow the permitS. Also The right side of your load will be right on the fog line where Everyone likes to park on the interstate so don’t follow other trucks to close and be careful on blind right hand curves

Been thrown out of a dole facility in marina cause I didnt have a #### vest.

A facility that i never have nor needed to step foot inside of

 

First loads off with 81900 pounds. Not too bad for quessing off a conveyor at a farm

 

Should I be concerned?

 

Shipper calls me a little while ago. "Hey, you made it to your first stop yet? They're looking for that pallet of dies".

Me: " Yep, I dropped it off about two and a half hours ago. How hard are they looking?" Um, ok I'll call them and let them know.
