    Morning all.

Fixing to get moving here, but those pesky curfews are getting in my way, lol. Not sure what I think about day only driving, but the pay is making me think long and hard about it.

Any tips for chaining Humvees? I guess ultimately I’ll find out if they have specific requirements at the shipper, but I’m more inclined to secure at unsprung points.

Unless it's one of those fruitcake loads, I use 2 chains and 4 binders.

I wear shorts and a t shirt all the time. But when at a shipper or receiver it was jeans boots and t shirt. I'll drive in what ever I'm most comfortable in.

Many do, sometimes I drive in tennis shoes, but that’s about all I ever change into. The steel plant provides loaner metatarsal boots, but they don’t have loaner britches so some are turned away. Man can drive in anything that is comfortable for him but he also needs to prepared for any job requirements as far as dress code goes. Security says it’s surprising how many drivers are turned away, over a simple pair of britches or a 1/4 sleeve shirt.

Military hummers will have D-rings on the bumpers. Can’t get any easier than that.

As @TripleSix said, look for the D-rings. I X crossed my chains and they rode just fine.
