This has been funny, Texas definitely isn’t prepared for multiple freezing days.

While y’all laugh at us we tend to think it is funny when a “heat wave” strikes the north and people are crying and dying because they don’t have air conditioners. Like it is a 3rd world country up there. So it all evens out lol.

I always keep tornado supplies with food and water etc so we were well prepared. Still haven’t had water for 4 days I think. Oh well we will live. I have towel sized wipes I took off truck for emergencies lol.

As of now the weather was fantastic today. Roads were great etc. I think people are just using it as an excuse to not open the doors. All the cat dealers in north Texas are still shut down. A hose shop I need a part from closed. They all have had power back. I know most of the cat dealerships have water so they are just losing revenues or no reason. Went and bought hose parts at summit racing.

 

Ya but they can’t run them either. Trust me I know. I live on a gravel road.

 

I live in Star City so it’s a small town. My sister drove to Pine Bluff today she said all the toilets in the stores were froze up so she couldn’t find anywhere to use the bathroom lol.
