Ya, you either get rich in the oilfield, or go broke
You need to study and learn the chain...and not get workin for the 37th subcontracted job...so much trickle down work there..you could work for 13 places and still have issues with consistency and steadiness of work

I don't mind the illegal companies, I don't mind the legal...There a pro's and con's list with both..I actually thought it was funny how bad my company was..operating solely on the indian reservation..so so bad...my trainers truck had so many bald tires it was retarded!!...The job was not actually hauling product to a customer, it was navigating dangerous equipment!! If you cant hack it, leave, simple...

I get it, but then again, I don't get it...

My pal is at tutle and tutle, says he's on the Halliburton sand contract, says he's happy?

I seen the best guys, and companys in the ND oilpatch, and the worst, all sharing the same road..2k a week guys right next to the 400 a week guys...

Finding the right company is a huge challenge

Lots of fracking going on in Douglas/Gillette region. Friend of mine just signed contract with a pumping company that has 35 wells to frac around the Wright Newcastle area.

It appears that russtrucker is 18 years old and wants to be just like his Dad. Nothing wrong with wanting to be like your Dad, but when you claim to be a Driver for 13 years you tend to confuse folks Russ.

That's impressive. With Russ' 13-year career that means he has been driving since he was 5 and without a CDL the whole time too... what a rebel!
