Hey guys, I was wondering the price on the glider itself. I already have a C15 Cat and a 10 speed transmission. Every site i been to is trying to sell you the motor and transmission. I would like a peterbilt 389. It doesnt matter the size sleeper. Just no daycab. If anyone could help that would be great! thanks!
Where to buy glider kits, engine, etc.

That 80K might be a good starting point. From there, it depends on what all you spec in it besides the engine and tranny you have already. Pete is probably the same as Freightliner, in that you can really go all out in spec'ing out interior and just about everything on the truck down to brand of wheel seals.

Just keep in mind the 80-90k is not including the money to put your engine and transmission in.RunFlat Thanks this. -
Well, just got updated from the plant. Truck has departed and heading to dealer. After dealer drops in engine and tranny, puts on the other stuff I wanted, paints the air dam for the mid roof, and paints the fuel tanks, I will pick it up. Should be ready to roll and work the 30th. Been a long, long wait for this. If someone cracks up the truck delivering it, I will not be a happy camper.

Kw salesman called to day. He said the reason kw will only wire for a 04 or newer engine in gliders is because kw feels that new guberment regs are coming. And he said W900 will happen soon. There was a phone conference with the dealers this week and all this was talked about.
