Reefers can heat just as well as they can cool. Ive carried paint at 80 degrees into the worst of the winter at 35 below.

Insulated iso container would be just the item to make a hot room, no need to remove the running gear, it is already gone and a Landoll can deliver. We are a drop yard for a Canadian carrier, they have reefers and smaller heater units; there could be a zillion ways to make the heat...
