Alright so I know that finding off-road diesel around the highways might be easier said than done, but I need to have a location nearby my home base so I can be sure to fill up the reefer before a cross-country run.
Does anybody have any knowledge of good spots around this area? I am in Woodbridge, VA around the Potomac Mills mall.
I really wish this information was easily searchable on the internet.

Did you call any of the local fuel stops or truck stops?

Go to Superpages.com and type in diesel fuel woodbridge va
or use that format for any city on your normal traveled lanes. I seen a few offering offroad fuel.

You can buy diesel for non-highway use at any pump in Virginia and file this form for a tax refund:

Much easier than trying to find a source for farm diesel, and you won't have the risk of contaminating your main tanks with red dye, in case you have to transfer some.Nootherids Thanks this. -
If you happened to be heading down 234 towards I66 on your way out you might have more luck around Manassas.
Rixlew Sunoco on Rixlew lane in Manassas, and Cromwell's Fuel off Dumfries road (1/2 mile off 234) used to sell off road. Might want to call first and make sure.Nootherids Thanks this. -
