I recently got into an accident where I messed up the front driver side of my 07 peterbilt 379- bumper, fender, light bracket, possibly hood, fuel tank, and sleeper fairing. Also, steering box(wheel won’t turn much past straight when making right turn) and some front suspension damage. Insurance told me to find a place to get it fixed and I don’t want to take it to peterbilt. Where do I start looking to get the truck body work fixed? Do Autobody shops also work on semis? I’m out of Denver, CO if anyone knows anywhere specifically.

Dealer. They should quote the job to return the truck to "as new" using oem parts. Not their job to cut corners. I've been hit twice. Different dealers each time but the quality was the same. New parts and company spec'd materials for the finish. Not the fastest turn around but that's an issue between you and the insurance company for down time.

For an '07, almost sounds like it's totaled from what you describe.

Any dealer in the area can give you a quote or tips on who they deal with. A lot of dealers or independent shops in my area will do the mechanical and remove and replace part of the body job and farm out the painting and fiberglassing part of it .
