I really dont want to find a new job buy have NO real choice in the matter. Laid off for the second time in six months & the lovely gov handout of unemployment dont pay the mortgage. I know lots of people are probly in the same boat as me. I've had the same job for 8 years, local hauling heavy equipment & pulling a bucket. I started driving a log truck when I was fourteen so experence is NOT an issue. Drove OTR years ago also. Just talked with one of the "big" otr companies & was more or less blew off bc my recent exp is not OTR:biggrin_25523:. Now not trying to make anyone mad by saying this but in my exp when "strickly OTR" Or "school" graduates come to work with us they dont make it a month. But enuff about that I'm looking for a company to work for pulling a flat, dropdeck or bucket. Any ideals where to go?? Also clean driving record and no criminal record. Thanks for any input.
