Where to park in Austin or Austin area for the night

There have always been wrecks on 35. There's a rollover almost weekly. Some stoned hippy merges on to the freeway at 35 mph and causes a truck to roll. And yes the homeless playing in the interstate is another Austin problem. Lol

 

Would appreciate hearing what plan the O P settled on.

 

I have a P/U in Austin MN next week. Nowhere to stay there either.

 

Lived in Austin 57 years. The Austin I knew is long gone. I got out last year before it ate me alive.

 

I'm holding on to my home , we purchased for 110 grand 10 yrs ago it's worth 350k at the moment. I still hit Townlake for a Run and my dogs have a huge park to run at Walnut Creek . Still some good parts but I'm almost ready for small town living in a couple of acres . Georgetown ain't to bad .

 

Y'all have fun fightin for a spot at the Flappin J in Jarrell, lol. That place is a #### show.

The new place up there is gonna be way better. In fact its already better and its not even done yet.

 

West of Jarrell and Georgetown is gorgeous. Clifton and Meridian are too.
