It can cost a little or a lot. It depends on how much other truck parking is in the area. You are paying for 31 days of access but only using it for a few days per month. Most places that rent truck parking space rent it by the month.

You really didn't put a hell of a lot of thought into this in advance did you?...for future reference, these are the things you research in advance, before taking a job!... not after you get the keys and remember you have to go home at some point.

I pay a little over $300 per month. Gated, paved and security cameras in Melbourne area.

Here’s a link to one in Fort Pierce.
I parked a truck there for a couple weeks but I really didn’t like the place. Has a gate, dirt lot that’ll either be muddy or dusty depending on the time of year. For me it looked like a sketchy place with junk trucks being stored but I would park there over any truck stop.

I’ve had my fuel siphoned and a brand new truck and trailer stolen from the TA in Vero Beach…chose wisely :)

$300 a month is a lot lol, That's where I park btw, my brother-in-law is an OO and I use his space to park there, but eventually I will want to have my own space to park, how much did you pay to park there?

    Concorde Thanks this.

Yeah, there's a Love on exit 138B in Fort Pierce, my trainer told me truck stops are safe heaven and we can leave our trucks in Truck Stops, so I was planning to park there on the weekends until my brother-in-law told me to check in with them first because some truck stops tow your truck if you leave them there, and that's what they told me, so that's why I'm searching for searching for a Truck Parking now.

I plan on doing at least three weeks out then come home, you think paying for per month will be a good deal?

Been a couple years so I don’t really remember exactly how much it was. I want to say it was about $275.. They make you pay for stickers or put a deposit on some bs stuff. All about taking your money and and that’s about it.

    nextgentrucker Thanks this.
