Where would you build or buy a truckstop if you had the money?

Anywhere on US HWY 65 from I-40 at Conway, AR to the MO state line. There are only a few small fuel stops with very limited trucking and no restaurants.

 

Got to put one on the I-15 right before Devore I know the T/A is not to far but man when the drivers run out of hours they line up all along the road. When I look around all open land. That 10 million bucks would be very well invested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Well its a little off topic but id love to take the money to rebuild or improve some small time stops. One near me has an awesome little family resturaunt and a driving school, but its 10 acres of gravel lot with a small hill only 4 pumps and 1 scale. could use a face lift. I think its about 50 yrs old.

 

Anywhere in New England there's nothing up there in a lot of places and sometimes you need a stop. Either that or buy out RI's only truckstop, that place is mega weak. 20 dollar parking, you have got to be kidding me. I snuck in last time while the guard was out.

 

Price of diesel he better get a few more million or small tanks.

i would build one in the closest county to a major highway in nevada where prositution is legal. yes stinky drivers would have to use a system like a carwash before entry. no rollergrill/fast food joimts but a reworked cabover to cook/smoke meats. fixens from different parts of the country so drivers can get a taste of home. the rest is to much to type since i am lazy.
