I have the same fitting as you 3"fem ×2"fem and I also love it, I also carry 3 2" hoses so that fitting get alot of pump off work. I use my 2" hoses as much as possible But is usally solvents I pump off occasionally some oils.
Corrosives i haul are always aired off.
Like you said the less fitting the less likelihood of leaks

 

Sounds like in 3D mode on screen... look to the bottom, just to the right of the bar,,, If this an TND you can tap on it to Toggle between 2D (heading up), North Up, or 3D mode.

I was curious as well, but don't see a list. I've not hauled corrosives in over 5 years, but would still like to know. LIST?!? Isn't that what a boat (or a PIE does @Puppage ?) when it's falling wayward?!? hehehe....
