That pic was at 7:30 this morning after about 20 inches of rain. Forecast is for another 30 by Wed. This is a 500 year flood for that area.

Beaumont is getting the bulk of the rain this morning and the storm is likely to move east and back into the gulf. Port Arthur is not looking good mid week either.

East TX is going to be out of commission for this week. That hurricane is going to head back out to the gulf and then turn right around and hit houston all over again in a couple of days. I'd be calling now to get that load dropped in Reserve or else you run the risk of sitting on it for days at $65 per....no thanks.

Storming like a YKW here in Ohio atm; spinoffs from Harvey. Did y'all see this? (at least it wasn't a tanker; we're a bit wiser, eh?)

It's easier to do that than you think. I almost pissed my pants a few years ago on I 10 in Houston. The big road was fine but every off ramp was flooded. Had to just hold it and keep in truckin

    G13Tomcat Thanks this.
