Where's u tankers loading at this morning

There are several downtown. There is a trax line that will take you directly downtown though, maybe a 10-15 ride and walk. Legends, Lumpys, and Gracie's are pretty popular with all 3 being downtown. I think the Trax line goes right by Legends. I've never been to any of them though. Haven't been in a bar in over 5 years

 

Hopefully loading Snot tomorrow. The last load I had was an asphalt something something and we may have ruined the trailer. We picked up at the shipper before, but different products, but similar uses. My company didn't bother to ask what the product was and I've never hauled anything asphalt related. No tankwash near St Louis would touch me. I had to deadhead to Kilegore and there is a small , self contained tankwash there trying. They've had it since yesterday and when I called them last evening, they said ," It not looking good"

Been staring at my phone , wanting to call them, but not wanting to call them.

@G13Tomcat hey buddy, do you clean your tanks or just keep reloading product on top of what was in there before ?

 

Yay, they got it clean! I can't go get it until tomorrow, so I hope they didn't miss anything.

 

Well tomorrow I get load in Houston. To go-to Easton PA.

 

Loaded up just after midnight down in Boston. Taking this to cincy then loading up Saturday to deliver in Hazleton PA

 

Making my big 1/2 mile drive to reload the tanker. Gotta love working for the railroad, put a big 2 miles on the truck in 12hrs.

Don't know WHY i didn't get this alert, sorry man. Nope, we sure don't clean our asphalt tanks. The 6122 and 3257 are very similar, and we just roll on. We have a few "other" tanks on the lot that we DO clean, and use for other "random" loads, like the caustic we picked up in NC a few months back.
