I generally find a hotel for the reset. Company will pay for it and layover pay is around $160.

IMG_1584.JPG Loader just told me this load takes 3 hours to load. Off site scale so I have to weigh and come back for the paperwork. Plenty of time on it. Doesn't deliver until Sat morning.

I hate this place. Tight blindside into the racks. I got the easy one for the first time this trip. This fence has seen better days.

Ya, the unloading has been brutal. Originally this was supposed to be 2 loads per day, but with the time lost waiting and then unloading it just wasn't possible to do in 14 hours. Lately it's only been 2 hours to offload plus the wait time if there's a truck in front of me, the other product unloaded at that spot only takes 30 minutes. But sometimes theres just problems with the pump or whatever and I end up sitting there for hours...

3 hours just turned into 6. Pump problems. Looks like I will make the layover built into this load on the front end.

Dang, sorry man. That sure does suck. I can get 3 loads in on that lane, myself. Legally, yup. Problems with THEIR PUMP, or your PTO? I had bossman buy me a new one in the Pete, a bit over a year ago. Makes all the difference, man.
Do they schedule you, or 1st come 1st serve? That's just crazy in tanking, having to wait like that, especially in the Buckeye. Sorry. :(

7.5 hours and counting. Loader says they still have 6,000 lbs to pump on. Called dispatch and they are trying to reschedule the delivery 24 hours later. That way I can go home tonight, start out in the morning and pick up rollover hours on the way back. No reset required. Hope that happens. Still waiting for the call back. Liable to get a 10 hour break in sitting here.
