Which chain has the best showers

You beat me to it. I was going to say Petro specifically, then their merge partner TA. With all of the chains it varies by location but Petro on average are usually best.

 

Yes, aside from the Little America's with the nice deep bathtubs, those are the best!

Wendover... across the street from the Peppermill Casino. (Don't waste your time at the Pilot)
Truckers also get a great discount on the buffet.
They like us!

It's a toss up with the biggies, though.
I used to really like the TA's and Petro's, until they got the new shower heads. They don't have the range of motion that the older ones have.
With the new shower heads I have to be up against the wall to rinse below the waist!

Two towels are also nice, but it is never a problem to get the extra towel at Love's or Pilot or J.

All of the big chains keep the showers very clean.


Since I can't fuel at Pilot/Flying J anymore (They seemed to have screwed my company out of too much money...), I now opt for TA/Petro, and sometimes Love's.
Unless there is a Little America around, or I can stop in Wendover.

Petro/ta. They started putting doors on the shower stall. Feels more at home then pilot/flying j.

 

never had any issues at T/A, Petro, Flying J, Pilot or Love's. they're all about the same.


the Petro in Salina, KS....might be thr nicest petro I have ever been in. Its like luxury for truckers. My favorite stop when I go to OKC.
