Which cities are toughest to drive in?

    I imagine it'd be that way with all urban areas. I remember riding through the twin cities growing up in a passenger van pulling a 20somethin foot trailer (my mom was drivin) and it was pretty hectic back then.

    I would rather drive in Chicago that Minneapolis Metro.....


    And I grew up in Minnesota and now live 60 miles west of there.
