NYC because of the narrow streets.
I found the Newark area and surrounding suburbs to be stressful as well.
    Baltimore during construction or rain.
Heck, anywhere on 95 between DC and Spotsylvania in the rain.
(that seems to be where most of the commuters exit)

LOL, I just did downtown Nashville on Thursday, at 4:30PM no less. The customer, The Tennessean newspaper, was easy to find, but the directions one of our drivers gave me screwed me up.

He told me to get off onto Broadway and then make a right onto 11th. I got off onto Broadway, saw the newspaper building, but no 11th. Found out later that Broadway goes over it on a bridge. So after quickly regaining SOME of my composure, I make a right onto 8th and go a few blocks. I then come to a 'Y' type intersection. I go to the right. As soon as I commit to the street, I see a 12'6" overpass. Just great....

Anyway, I take the first left before the bridge and another left and it puts me back onto 8th heading back to Broadway. Make a left on Broadway and go back to 12th, make a right and park with the 4 ways on and take a walk. The docks were indeed on 11th, but the driver either had a brain fart or was being a smart alek for failing or forgetting about the bridge. He should have told me to make a left onto 12th, go one block and make a right and I'd get right to the docks.

Anyway, I survived the fiasco, and now know what to do if I ever get that run again.

San Francisco proper, it's not bad at night but whatever you do don't miss a gear.

San Fran is horrible, especially downtown and near the old docks, tight streets, rotten 4 wheelers, lots of no truck streets and weight limit bridges. I had a shipper, the Co directions, map quest, and the GPS put me on a 4 ton bridge with absolutly no place to turn around. Quick call to 911 and the cops had to back me out almost a half mile, what a cluster @#$%. I told my dispatch after that don't send me back there!!!

Downtown LA is almost as bad, picking up at Coke during rush hour is dangerouse. Last time I did it getting out there was a couple of places where there were inches clearence between my rig and oncoming traffic. Since then I schedule my pick ups early or late when I can use the whole road.
