Accidents just happen. Thank God I have not had any, but anything can go wrong at any point.
What didn't click on her case is the part where she assumed the car was gonna go in a yellow. This situation never assume they will. Always assume they are txtng in front of you and will slam the brakes when notice light is gonna change.

Take what you can get, since you're broke and living with friends. You can't be picky at this point. Those two AT FAULT accidents are hurting you. Take a path, any path, and it will end up somewhere.
Lonesome and Tonythetruckerdude Thank this. -
However, Commercial goes back 10 years including California, you can ask for a 3 or 5 year print out at DMV, but you can also get a 10 year which is what prospective employers want, and by law as a CDL holder applying for a commercial driving position.
May is more fair than most, they will give you a shot if the accident are over 1 year at least, and not to many of them. You could try CR England, CRST. CRST will offer you a male trainer if a female is not available.
I maybe going to Knight, so far so good will know by next Friday. that's when I'm suppose to end orientation. -

I just finished training.. I wenbt through 2 trainiers.. the firwst was a female and we had some bumps and personality conflicts... My second trainer was a male and it went a lot better.. he was very respectuful, considerate and professional.. he also taught me a lot...
Do not rule out going with a male trainer.. there are some very good ones out there.. and yiu cn get your training going.. -
Take the job with Western Express or keep waiting for a May trainer.

I might call Stevens Transport back. I've seen good and bad things with them, but might be worth a look, its only for 6 months - 1 year.

Unfortunately a rear end accident is very hard to defend once it shows up on your record, and is most companies' eyes, they will view you as being at fault. Also, once you have a cdl, any violation that occurred, even if it's in your personal vehicle(I'm not sure if it includes motorcycle, but I'm still fatuous when I'm out riding), gets treated as if it were in a cmv, as far as points.
