Which companies train and then let you go solo immediately or nearly immediately?

i'm guessing you mean have schools and send you out with trainer 4-8 weeks and give you shiny truck ? most of 'em. if you mean 2-4 weeks school no trainer before you get shiny weapon of mass destruction ? none of 'em i hope

 

Check out Watkins-Shephard...orientation is extensive...but no trainer, you go out solo right from orientation.....

not sure if they have their own school or if you have to get that in an outside school.

 

watkins-shepard..they have 10 day orientation then you,re on your own

 

Watkins doesn't have a CDL school though.
