Which company is a better choice for schooling and working?

They are all the same... just avoid CR England at all cost....lol

There are tons of trucking companies that will pay for your training and put you in a hotel and hire you (If you pass)... Like I said do not go to CR England at all cost.... read this forum more... search for "England".. you will see more than enough "sides of stories". But I have personally know 3 people all at different times attempt CR England... they all feel into a deep depression...lmao

 

Agreed!!! I hear way too much bad about CRE. Me and many others had positive experiences with Central Refrigerated. I hear Prime has a great training program but it is really long.

Do more research and CALL the companies. Then get on here and search the forums for what people who have been there say

 

So why not find a company that you will end up staying with for the long haul? I think the recruiters are putting things in your head. There are thousands of good companies out there to choose from, I would recommend staying away from the top 5 mega-carriers!

I would personally recommend Central Ref. My wife and I drove for them and did very well there! They are large enough to keep you busy yet small enough to still treat you like a human being! Central really went above and beyond to help us succeed and also help us out with any problems we ever had. They have their own school and can get you started for no money up front. They also pay for transportation, lodging and also some meals while you are there.
