I have offers from 3 companies to start orientation on June 12th running teams. The 3 companies are CRST, Us Xpress, and Prime flatbed teams.Which company will I make the most money with during my 1st year while also getting the best experience and miles? I know most people don't like teams but my 1st year in trucking I want to do teams!

Of those 3 I would say Prime flatbed. CRST is awful from what I hear. US Express is okay for teams but I think Prime flatbed team would make you the most money of those 3.

Where do you live? Some Old Dominion terminals hire new cdl grads and teams can make up to $225K split.
As for the 3 you listed, I'd go with Prime flatbed.
TWT Refrigerated Service pays teams .60 cpm split.

First, you need to figure out what you want to haul.

CRST and US Express are dry vand and Prime is flatbed. If you want flatbed go with Prime.

Prime also so does refer work and CRST also does flat bed.

For my money though, no matter what you choose, I go Prime then US Express. Never speak of CRST again.

Another vote for Prime among the options listed. Also, with Prime you have other fleet options to transfer to if you decide you like Prime and want to go solo and retain your seniority.

    I disdain all 3
    But maybe crst Malone
A flatbed company owned by crst
I think crst mostly leaves them alone and I think you book your own loads.
I'm thinking of eating cactus, drinking battery acid, or gouging my eyes out with a rusty spoon, which one should I choose?

North Carolina team companies that hire new cdl grads:
    Carolina Southern
    East-West Inc. - www.goeastwestinc.com
    WLA Inc.
    Cooke Trucking Company
    Hardy Bros. Inc.
    Inman Trucking Company
    Palmetto State Transportation
    Titan Transfer
    Danny Herman Trucking
Freymiller - apply for "Restore Program" which is for new cdl grads and drivers with less than 6 mos. experience.
Edit:all those run to California and back. I think Cooke hauls mostly furniture to points west, then picks up produce or other food products for return trip to North Carolina.

@Bud A. was just explaining that with Prime Flatbed, you are required to purchase ALL YOUR OWN securement equipment, including stuff you may or may not ever need; dictated by THEM.. ie: Prime. I didn't really know the extent of it, having never driven for Prime; always thought they were a decent company, but $3000 worth of securement stuff, that you pay back at $86.00 a week, #####... and then it's "maybe" worth a few hundred bucks when you go to turn it in?
I'd rethink that, were I you. Maybe Bud will show up here, and elaborate... I don't know how to link his other post... I think only "HE" can do that.
Best wishes, either way. I'd look into one of the places on @Chinatown 's short list, personally.

prime is your best bet, they are more organized, equipment well maintained. i notice their trucks on the highway and it's always in good conditions. downside with prime, they're probably the slowest trucks on the highway. they are governed at 58 mph. crst i see all the time in the emergency lane cause their truck breaks down, dm's are a pain to deal with, unorganized, not a good company ovr
