Which Company to choose from?

I live in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of PA.

I recently graduated CDL school.

There are no shortage of trucking companies in my area.

Most of them want at least 1 yr experience.

What are some "good" companies I can take a look at that accept recent CDL graduates and also preferably have at least some or most of the following:

1) Home weekly or close
2) Preferably do not do hair follicle testing
3) Takes new drivers
4) Pay at least average
5) Have some truck perks like APU, XM Radio, Cooler

I did say "preferably". It is just a personal conviction not a requirement. My hair is at least 2 feet long and it takes a while to replace that. I'm no spring chicken...lol And I like my hair, every one of them...lol

 

After initial training of course. What's reasonable/average to expect to be home? I can go to a regional route after training, right?

I am a dude, over 40, with 2' or more of hair, yes....lol both my younger brothers are bald so I guess I got it all...
