I have yet to see 3+ lane roads with the left lanes restricted that weren't in congested high traffic areas. You may be an O/O at 24 years old but learn this from a 50 year old rookie. Slow down and knock off the "creative driving" or you won't live to see 30. I don't care how skilled you think you are.
Which Company truck do you try to avoid when going down the road??

People driving like he does are a safety hazard to professionals. -

In the defense in my Swift driver hubby.....I have to say that when it comes to safety he is on top of his stuff. He may be a rookie but he knows limits. He likes to drive at night so he doesn't have to deal with traffic that often. He has his cell phone but NO calls in traffic, rain (or any other bad weather) or construction. He also knows his limits when it comes to exhaustion. When he has another truck trying to pass him that is governed at about the same speed he will ease off a just little and let that truck go on by. Yes we need the money but I'd rather fall short a dollar or two on a bill than I would have to bury him or pay hospital bills or even tickets.
I absolutely hate being near any truck especially in a 4 wheeler as they are much bigger than me. lol But I will do 80-90 mph to get past a slower tanker or truck pulling doubles. Doubles scare the pa-tootie outta me and tankers are rolling bombs. Oh yeah not to mention flatbeds that have crap flapping and loads that look like they might fall off on me. And......log trucks and car haulers......my little mind always seems to think one of the logs or cars is gonna fall off. Yeah, so Imma a paranoid freak, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
