Honestly PRIME
There equipment are mostly new
Apu for hot days
Bunk heaters for cold notes
Navigation
All the safety equipment needed


& they pay more off the back for training

Marke every company has per down & handle there per diem different ways
I'm not too familiar with the per diem practice
But as far as I know Prime is also tax free

I just got my CDL with Prime and from talking with other drivers for Prime they never try to push you in to going lease. In fact I have yet to have anyone in the office even ask if I wanted to go lease after my training is fully over with. The owner of Prime is pretty cool also on most days at some point in the day you can usually find him on the indoor basketball court playing basketball with the drivers.

I find it funny how certain truckers are so eager to point out things

Why don't u point OUT
That today 's driving is Nooway near the same as back in the old days
Trucking is easy
Plain n simple
It's just ignorance & ignorant people
Who try to make it hard & scare newbies



Let's face it u soo call VETS have more of a hard time
Adapting to the new policy's of today
