I say paint for a work truck because its less work just wash them!

polished aluminum looks good but chrome requires only a fraction of the work with the same great looks!

Until they rust, peel and start looking like junk in a couple of years...Not to mention being heavy. -

I've seen them after a few years, they look bad! I wouldn't own a pair. -
Mine have been on the truck for 4 1/2 years and look as good as the day they were new.

Maybe so...... The extra cost was about $100 ea. new and I have had 1 replaced under warr.
