When I drove for WE maintenance was horribly inefficient. You waited all day for the simplest of repairs and days for more complex repairs. And that didn't include the wait to put the tractor in the shop. That alone could take hours to days.
To add rock salt to an open wound, they would send you to the Red Roach motel where you would most likely be sharing a room with an ex-con. But don't you worry, this guy gets along with everyone.
Oh, and it gets worse. Due to the less than gentlemanly behavior of a few or your illustrious colleagues, the motel no longer allows drivers from WE to partake of the morning breakfast.
The Nashville terminal was the worst for waiting on repairs. The mechanics hated the drivers because most drivers were such boneheads.
Your best bet when I worked there was to have any repairs done at their terminal in Emporia, Virginia. That was when Will ran that shop back in 2014. He knew how run a shop well. But Will soon left the company after they forcibly transferred him to Nashville. He didn't want to leave Virginia, so he left WE. Can't say I blame him.
