Which LH/LTL companies are NOT running dash cams?

    What IS rubbish is the notion that you will prevail in a lawsuit against a company using driver cameras.

    Apparently they're being provided by Freightliner but OD has no intention of activating them unless the FMCSA requires it at some point in the future. They're also integrated into the peoplenet tablets, I guess its to make taking pics of damaged freight and accidents easier for the P&D drivers. So no road facing cams or driver facing cams will be active.
