I also have a Tempur-pedic at home so this one is a close second in terms of comfort.

 

Before you spend the high dollar on a Tempur-Pedic, check out Walmart.com and try a Spa Sensations memory foam. I have an 8" in my truck and it's very comfortable. I believe I paid $109 for it.

Depending on which one you choose, they also have some in Twin XL, which is the size most trucks use.

 

The other bonus to ordering it from Walmart is that you can have it sent to any walmart store and pick it up while you're on the road.

 

I've got a tempur, no comparison IMHO, just make sure to get the XL.

 

I`ve really liked Bimco inner spring double pillow top.Purchased through Springfield Tractor Springfield IL.

 

I have a custom made mattress. Basically the mattress store said they would make the mattress any size I wanted if I paid full price mattress and box spring but only got the mattress.

Today I would just get a Casper.com mattress online or Bedinabox.com
