Which of these two should I choose?

It's always good to let someone else make your career decisions!

Actually you will be just is well off flipping a coin!

Make a list of your wants and needs and go from there. See what both companies have to offer then make a list of questions and call and speak to a recruiter. Take everything they say with a grain of salt though. They work on commission. For the most part you will get the general facts and your questions answered.

I just noticed where you live and the first thing you should do is call and check to see if they are even hiring down there. Central often has hiring freezes down here in Florida so be sure to ask them before going to much further.

As far as which company is better there is no such thing. They all have their good points and bad points and its going to end up being what you make of it. I have driven for Central and absolutely loved working for them! However that doesn' t mean you will. With that being said, if you want to anything about them just holler and I will be happy to help you out.

 

Of those two choices I'd pick Central....

Make a list of what is important to you and then go from there. Do you want to pull a reefer or van? Few carriers hire out of Florida, so that is something that you need to check. Even if they do hire out of Florida, you need to make sure that they can get you home when needed. Home time is more important to some than others.

 

Central if they hire from your area.
