which one is a beter company Western Express or werner?

I take back what I said. Avoid Werner because their training is team driving and they make you do it for upwards of 3 months from what I hear...on student training pay! Western recently told me their training is 3-4 weeks and then you solo out. Good health insurance as well. Avoid signing contracts too by the way. Either don't do this but some companies out there do. Best to put in the time with a beginner company and then move onto something better. I've scheduled to start with WE sometime this month out of Fontana.
