which starter companies have refresher courses? have cdl but no exp.

Covenant Transport used to have a free refresher course in Chattanooga TN, but they also want everyone to team. Covenant is not a company I would recommend, but everybody has to start somewhere. Just bear in mind that teaming means you need more time behind the wheel than soloing before you can jump to a better outfit.

 

Oh yeah, if you are into flatbed (and why wouldn't you be) Maverick will consider you as long as you have a CDL. According tithe recruiter I talked to, they don't care when or how you got your CDL, as long as you are willing to pay attention, so as you are instructed, and learn.
