Which trucking companies pay the most starting off with no experience NOT A RECENT GRAD

A lil background here, I graduated in June of 2015 from Advance School of Driving in Fontana Ca,awsome school, I put all my hopes in one job, my dad was going to get me a job with Fed/Ex but I failed a background check because I had a ticket for driving while texting and not wearing a seatbelt. I thought it would fall off my record after 3 years so I waited for the 3 year anniversary of when I got the ticket hoping it would be off, which was last month. It didnt since I paid the ticket it will be on there got awhile, its like I plead guilty. Anyway my question is which trucking companies will hire me since I'm NOT a Recent Grad and I have zero experience and which ones pay the most.
