Which way to go? (Probably not a good title for a wannabe trucker!)

At 53 you aren’t as old as you think you are and being That old you shouldn’t have all those health issues. Those issues are your own doing. I’m 50 and as healthy as ever and lift weights everyday and have a 2 year Med card. You are far from old and maybe it’s just life weighing you down. Trucking will weigh you down even more otr. If you are just trying to completely throw your youth down the drain then so be it, get in to trucking. But if you want to get happy and healthy and not live like you are now, move out of Las Vegas and start a new life on the east coast instead of relying on the casino world in the desert. Tough love and just trying to give you a straight forward piece of advice instead of just agreeing with you.

 

10's of thousands of us moved to Las Vegas to get away from the East Coast. East coast has too much traffic congestion, bad weather, snow, ice, high taxes.
I can look out my window right now and see palm trees and people jogging or just walking around the neighborhood wearing shorts and short sleeve shirts. It's summertime year round and no state income taxes and no food taxes at the grocery store, plus low property taxes.

 

That’s great but not really the point of my post whether the east coast is the right place for this person. Where she is at now has caused her to be unhappy and unhealthy at the young age of 53. Like I said, I mean only good and no harm by my post. The key to healthy and happy life is to be faced with the facts. Trucking will not be good for this person. It will only cause more health problems and mental loneliness issues .
