Roehl was one of my top three choices.

Which one pays better and has better bennies ?? Which one will get you home more ?? Do you live in either of their main freight lanes ??

Based on equiptment alone TMC all the way, Roehl never much impressed me with their trucks TMC to the naked eye at least looks better maintained but I have not driven for either..

    good luck..

Don't depend on someone else's opinion. Decide which company will best suit your personal needs and go with them. Neither company is better than the other just depends on the individual driver. I could tell you TMC sucks and you might have a wonderful 30 year career with them. Pickin up what I'm puttin down?

I've never worked for either company but as others have said you have to weigh your options as far as what each company can offer you and what your looking for! Me personally I'd rather go with Roehl just because tarping and chaining down loads in 0 degree weather doesn't sound like fun to me! For what it's worth, I have talked with recruiters from both companies before and I had a much more pleasant experience with Roehl!

Good luck to you my friend!

I suggest going with your instincts, if you have a positive view of Roeh I would go with that.

Depends, Do you want to flatbed? That is the first question you should ask, then go from there. What works for one man aint gonna work for you. Do some research and go from there. I waited a month after school to go to orentation, and left that one for what know is a stupid reason but to me then was a big deal, so point is you have time but do not waste it. Good Luck
