Hey that Mitsubishi mini truck was a classic back in the day. I wish they still made trucks like that

I use to own a 1984 F250 with the International diesel engine. I only idled it for a few minutes after running hard on a hot day.
Even with my big truck I rarely idle unless I have to like for a pump off or if I’m only stopping for a few minutes. -

Depends on the situation. I own a diesel p/u. On short trips and/or during the winter. I will let my truck idle. Summer or long trips, I will shut it off. As far as fueling in the truck lanes vs car lanes. Depends. I can use wide or standard nozzles. I also use EFS to fuel. Dont work in the car lanes, so I have to use truck lanes.

I idle my 12 valve because I don't want to coke the turbo bearings.
