Whistling/vibration at idle

Im getting a high pitch whistle and vibration when idling. It appears to coming from behind the engine and tranny as the vibration is felt directly in front of the bunk inside the truck. It only happens when idling and only when the engine fan kicks on. Any clues to what is causing this?
