White potatoes vs. sweet potatoes: Nutrition and health experts chime in on which is better

Good ol russets. Best food ever

 

I am not a fan of nightshade foods and the problems that can come with consuming them but between the two I would pick sweet potatoes every time without question.

 

I never said how they were prepared lol. So many wonderful things that a good ol russet can make....

 

They’re available from any food distributor in the USA and more restaurants need to serve them. I had a pile on my plate, last Saturday.

 

I was always told that sweet potatoes(yams), botanically are not a ‘potato’.
