Hello again friends. Can anybody help me with a part number? Previously I tried to repair my steering box input shaft seal, but since it’s still leaking I’m going to take the advice that I replace the box. My line sheet calls for a TRW TAS65 but with no additional numbers. My dealer won’t give me the number because they want to sell me their part which is $200 more than any part house for the same piece, so I wonder if any of you might know which one I need. 2003 379. Thanks all.

The part number is lightly stamped into the steering gear on the opposite end from the input shaft.
