    Looks like that guy is pickin some **itty spot market freight, drivin it like he's a company man, and expecting it to work as an OO.

    Not a recipe for success. Sometimes you gotta work like you want it.

    If you service a customer the way that they deserve to be serviced then I don’t see it ending. One of our now 10 yr customers recommend us to one of their import partners who was struggling. We’re now doing 20 loads per week with them after starting out as a 1 load per week test 18 months ago. Thats over 2m worth of business solely based off a recommendation due to track record and trust. Find freight that can’t be F’d up and focus in on service and perfection.

    Exactly, one person I highly respect always says you can’t be half steppin and that you create your own luck. I took that to heart..

    Ain’t that the truth! Look if you’re walking down a side walk and a brick falls 2 feet behind you that’s luck. Being successful is creating your own luck and therefore destiny. It’s all in your hands and is how I prefer it.
