This sort of thing is vanishingly rare. You should not give any weight whatsoever to this when calculating your own personal safety.
Yes there are very rough places we have to go where the dangers are real especially in times of unrest , but the odds of you getting shot at random for no reason are even slimmer than the odds of you winning the lottery , which is also not realistic

Guys, as of 2018 we all work in the most dangerous job in the US. Trucking didn't achieve that title from random acts of violence, we die in traffic accidents. Worry about being a good driver and forget about the violence.
Driving a truck is the deadliest job in the U.S., feds sayThe Crossword Trucker Thanks this. -
Trailers broken into, Drivers stabbed. , another one shot, because he stopped to ask directions.. Wrong color clothes, bad deal at the drug house, It is hsrd to believe that this kind of world exists , but it does. It is a beautiful city, with great people, just watch out.
Team818 Thanks this. -
The building owners/occupants, those murdered or injured, and those with their vehicles set on fire may have a different view than the commies inside this country about those doing the damage and making excuses for the violence. Maybe that is why crime and violence, not to mention decay and moral rot are the coin of the realm in cities run by the hippies/revolutionaries. Leftists are perfectly happy to see people and businesses "scrambled" in order to bring about the Utopian Omelet of Death. There are no good Liberals, there are just some that are better liars than others.
Leftists Lie #1 This won't damage anything
Leftists Lie #2 That isn't damage, it's progress
Leftist Lie #3 The damage isn't that bad
Leftist Lie #4 You deserve the damage.Team818, Bean Jr., CorsairFanboy and 2 others Thank this. -
Before 1965 the majority of those legally and permanently moving to the USA were from Europe. Importing a few million Danes/Scots/Swedes/Germans in the next 10 years will produce a far different future than importing a few million Stone-Age, illiterate, grass hut or cave dwellers.dunchues, Bean Jr., CorsairFanboy and 2 others Thank this.

Look at the demographics of those countries though. At least 50 years ago when they were closer to 100% homogeneous.Last edited: Jul 18, 2021
tscottme Thanks this. -
Indeed. Most people do not bother to check just who was behind the Hart Cellar act.
-
Why aren't we looking at the demographics of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Bermuda, Bahamas, Seychelles, or Equatorial Guinea?

The bill received wide support from both northern Democratic and Republican members of Congress, but strong opposition mostly from Southern Democrats.... the United States House of Representatives voted 320 to 70 in favor of the act, while the United States Senate passed the bill by a vote of 76 to 18.
Point being....?
