Lets say, hypotheticaly I wanted to report a company for possibly stealing miles and money from drivers paychecks for bogus charges. Who would I report them to? The DOT? The labor board? Just wondering.

Dept. Of Labor in your state as well as the Dept of wage/hour division. I would start with those two and get on thier websites and do some research on all the laws and compare it to whats going on with the company before filing or attempting to file a complaint. The DOT would prolly have nothing to do with it unless you want to file complaints for DOT related violations.

Lol didnt realize we had the same name till after i posted. And yea i guess email should work see what they say. It wouldnt hurt to even toss them a call and ask personally so they can give you a direct answer before even filing a complaint. They probably have many laws and codes posted on thier sites so it shouldnt be that hard to find information on it. As long as you have proof and and grounds to file the complaint theres no reason you cant or shouldnt if you think its the right thing to do, and cant settle it with the company themselves.

If they are indeed "stealing" miles and not paying for them, and you can prove it, then the law firm of Burn 'em and Run could easily make a case stick. Why mess with some slow as molasses government agency? If you indeed have proof the carrier is doctoring things, then an attorney will get results faster than any government idiot.
