I've heard comments on both sides on who was in the right.
Check out the ordeal between two semi's. What do you think?
    Watch the video here.

Just my $0.02, The truck in the left lane was in the right given the road sign at 49 seconds, and pavement markings at 50 and 52 seconds.

That said, if I'm in the left lane, I'm just gonna lift, let him in, and go about my day. Life is too short.

Both drivers may have some to blame, but I think the red truck should have allowed the black truck to move over, especially because it was just a bobtail truck, no trailer. According to a big fleet I used to work for, if you are on the main roadway and are involved in an accident at the merging point and your truck hits a vehicle (as in the video), you will be found at fault. The exception is if the vehicle hits your trailer and not the truck, then you can win the case. Big fleets fight accident cases all the time, and they typically know how the case will turn out.

Guy left needs to be draged out of his truck and beat. He deliberately put himself into the other trucks merging space. Fully aware what he was going to force him to stop.

Both are idiot's but the Red truck should have avoided the initial issue.

The w9 has the right of away. The Volvo needed to merge in. However it was a dick move from the w9, he could have slowed down. However the Volvo was almost behind the w9 and decided to speed up to cut in front.

However after watching the ending, the guy in the Volvo should have his license revoked. Beyond anger issues he literally broke so many traffic violations.

Personally I think the guy in the black Volvo is as dumb as they come. Red truck passed him legally and maintained his speed. Black truck had no turn signal on at the time. Idiot in the black truck hammered on it to be a prick and tried to cut in front.

Yep totally; but the W9 looks to be an O/O or at least drives for a decen outfit, so he is just as much an idiot for not yielding and letting bycons be as they are.

Now 100/200 down the road you see truck parked, slit the tire; but safely so they don't blow going down the road.

    Kshaw0960 exactly

W9 was in the clear, but that was also a dick move.

I get where the Volvo driver is coming from, but he totally lost his cool and has no business behind the wheel of any truck.

    Tb0n3 and mjd4277 Thank this.
